About Me
My name is Joseph, I am a therapist who specializes in exploring how patterns from the past and experiences of hurt or trauma, shape the way people relate to themselves and others.
My approach is not focussed on managing symptoms but about resolving deeply rooted inner conflicts.
Together, we work to remove the psychological blocks that keep you from feeling authentic, leading to greater clarity, stronger relationships, and a more meaningful, enjoyable life.
Before my clinical practice, I spent over a decade in international leadership roles. This gives me lived understanding of the invisible pressures my clients often face: the weight of high performance, the isolation of responsibility, and the exhaustion of maintaining a standard that feels unsustainable.
Who I Work With
Career Stress: People who are running on empty, struggling with burnout, suppressed feelings or unfulfilling work.
Trauma: Individuals navigating inherited family trauma, difficult childhoods, abuse, neglect which often influences our relationships now.
Neurodivergent Individuals: Adults navigating a world that can feel like its not built for them. Seeking a space that understands their internal structure and how to build a life that works for them.
Couples: Partners who want to resolve conflict and start understanding their deeper emotional patterns to reconnect again and find enjoyment.
How I Work
During our time together, I aim to create an environment where you can feel curious about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll look at how different parts of yourself show up in your life and how patterns may be influencing you.
I stay present, reflecting to you what I notice so you can see your experiences from a new perspective.
We move toward integration, bringing your needs, your history, and your passions into a coherent whole.

What can I help with
-
Drawing on psychodynamic and Jungian insight, including exploration of dreams and symbolic material, we uncover how past experiences shape current behaviours and relationships. The work supports individuation, helping you integrate different parts of yourself, gain insight, and engage with life in more authentic and meaningful ways.
Who it’s for: Adults seeking personal growth, self-understanding, and a deeper connection to themselves and life.
-
A collaborative space for partners to explore relational patterns, communication, and intimacy. We work to improve understanding, connection, and ways of engaging authentically together.
Who it’s for: Couples or partners experiencing conflict, repeated patterns, communication challenges, or sexual/intimacy difficulties.
-
Neurodivergent experiences require an informed approach. We explore challenges in focus, emotional regulation, relationships, and identity, helping you find practical approaches and self-understanding that fit your life.
Who it’s for: Adults exploring ADHD or ASD, including high-functioning or late-diagnosed individuals, who want support navigating work, relationships, and personal identity.
-
A safe space to explore sexual and intimacy difficulties, including desire, libido, avoidance, or confidence challenges. We address relational, emotional, and psychological factors to help you develop more fulfilling joconnections.
Who it’s for: Adults seeking support with sexual or intimacy concerns, either individually or within relationship
-
Space to explore pressures, stress, and burnout, particularly in high-demand personal or professional contexts. We identify patterns and perceptions which may block you, building new strategies to restore balance, energy, and emotional clarity.
Who it’s for: Professionals or high-functioning adults experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or emotional exhaustion despite external success.
-
For men to explore identity, emotional expression, and relational patterns. We work together to redefine masculinity, building emotional clarity, self-understanding relational skills and confidence while honoring personal identity.
Who it’s for: Men navigating identity challenges, emotional regulation, relationships, or societal pressures, seeking insight, connection, and personal growth.
-
A confidential, containing space to explore how difficult, painful, or overwhelming experiences, such as childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, relational conflict, or repeated life stress shape emotional patterns, relationships, and ways of being. We work together to understand these patterns, process intense emotions safely, and develop insight, resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Who it’s for: Adults affected by trauma, complex or difficult childhood experiences, CPTSD, or recurring relational patterns, who are seeking deep understanding, healing, and transformative growth.
-
The first step is an initial consultation, usually around 15–30 minutes. This is an opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. It’s also a time for us to discuss practical details, including session frequency, format (in-person or online), and any specific goals you may have.
-
Assessment is an important part of the therapeutic process. It allows us to understand your unique experiences, patterns, strengths, and challenges, and ensures therapy is tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, this may include exploration of emotional patterns, relational dynamics, neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD), trauma history, and areas where change is most desired.
-
Length: Standard sessions are 50 minutes.
Frequency: Sessions are typically weekly, as regular meetings help maintain momentum and support meaningful progress.
Format: In-person at one of my London locations or via secure online video call.
Each session provides a contained, supportive environment where we can explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and personal challenges
-
Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential. I maintain professional and ethical standards in line with BACP guidelines, ensuring your privacy and wellbeing are central to our work together.
-
Clients typically report:
Greater self-awareness and understanding of emotional patterns
Improved coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and life challenges
Enhanced relationship insight and communication skills
Increased self-esteem, confidence, and resilience
A deeper sense of personal clarity and direction
Therapy is a process that unfolds uniquely for each person. My role is to provide a reliable, reflective presence, helping you navigate challenges, explore possibilities, and cultivate lasting change.
