About Me

Depth Psychotherapy rooted in Shoreditch. Exploring the unconscious and inner landscapes.

I help people navigate the painful, messy, and often hidden parts of being human.

Providing a warm, confidential space for adults and couples to explore neurodivergence, trauma, relationship patterns, burnout/career stress and identity.

Together, we explore how early maps and inherited histories shape your present.

Whether you are facing an immediate crisis or looking for lasting change, my aim is to provide a steady space to untangle the unsaid, examine patterns, and help you reclaim your own authority.

Alongside my private depth-psychology practice in Shoreditch, I consult at The Couch in Peckham, a dedicated space for reflective, and relational therapeutic work.

How I Work

There is a stereotype that therapists either sit in cold, silent detachment or offer passive, nod-and-validate comfort. My approach is neither.

I believe that true psychological growth requires an authentic human connection where we can explore your history, your fears, and the rich language of your dreams and personal symbols.

Working with Immediate Difficulties

While my primary home is in long-term depth work, I also provide focused, short- and medium-term therapy when a burden becomes too heavy to carry alone.

Our first step is always to create stability, relief, and practical clarity. We untangle the immediate weights of:

  • Anxiety & Panic

  • Relationship Struggles

  • Burnout & Work Exhaustion

  • Depression & Low Mood

  • Grief & Major Life Transitions

For some, short-term work is precisely what is needed to catch your breath and get back on your feet. For others this serves as the natural, unfolding doorway into deeper, lifelong patterns and lasting transformation.

Beginning the Process

To ensure my approach is aligned with your goals, every therapeutic engagement begins with a free 15 to 30-minute introductory consultation. You can book your initial session below

Cost

Paying the standard session fee does more than cover our work together—it directly supports lower-cost spaces and community mental health projects.

I always hold a set number of places in my practice for sliding-scale clients. If money is currently a barrier, let me know during our initial call and we can discuss availability.

I only charge for our initial session if we mutually decide to continue working together.

Standard Sessions

£100 - £120 per 50 minute session

Couples Sessions

£130 - £200 per 50-90 minute session
