About Me
I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist working with adults in private practice, group work, and community mental-health settings. I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach, creating a reflective space where clients can explore patterns and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
My work is informed by postgraduate training at Goldsmiths, and the Metanoia Institute, alongside a strong academic foundation in Philosophy, Psychology and Neuroscience including Clinical Psychology at the IoPPN and Kings College London. I integrate psychodynamic and relational approaches with practical insights from my years in senior corporate and organisational roles, providing both analytical insight and supporting the emotional demands of high-functioning lives.
I became a therapist because I’m interested in how our early experiences and relationships shape the ways we move through the world and because helping people gain insight and find more authentic ways of engaging with life is work I find deeply meaningful.
Alongside my clinical work, I co-founded Men Connect, facilitating experiential men’s groups focused on emotional literacy, self-awareness, and relational development. I offer gender-sensitive support, helping men navigate contemporary pressures without erasing their sense of self, and drawing on my expertise in men’s mental health to help women find ways to foster more connection, insight, and healthier engagement in their relationships with men.
