• The first step is an initial consultation, usually around 15–30 minutes. This is an opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. It’s also a time for us to discuss practical details, including session frequency, format (in-person or online), and any specific goals you may have.

  • Assessment is an important part of the therapeutic process. It allows us to understand your unique experiences, patterns, strengths, and challenges, and ensures therapy is tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, this may include exploration of emotional patterns, relational dynamics, neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD), trauma history, and areas where change is most desired.

    • Length: Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

    • Frequency: Sessions are typically weekly, as regular meetings help maintain momentum and support meaningful progress.

    • Format: In-person at one of my London locations or via secure online video call.

    • Each session provides a contained, supportive environment where we can explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and personal challenges

  • Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential. I maintain professional and ethical standards in line with BACP guidelines, ensuring your privacy and wellbeing are central to our work together.

  • Clients typically report:

    • Greater self-awareness and understanding of emotional patterns

    • Improved coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and life challenges

    • Enhanced relationship insight and communication skills

    • Increased self-esteem, confidence, and resilience

    • A deeper sense of personal clarity and direction

Therapy is a process that unfolds uniquely for each person. My role is to provide a reliable, reflective presence, helping you navigate challenges, explore possibilities, and cultivate lasting change.
